An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jeeta1 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable policy, and will notify the registered email address before any such fee is applied. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive account should contact support.

Funds are remitted solely to a payment method registered in the same name as the jeeta1 account holder.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jeeta1 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their own financial institutions.
jeeta1 may from time to time offer Players bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives. Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotions — will have their bonus and any associated winnings voided and their account suspended or permanently closed.
Bonuses and free spins expire within the time period stated in the individual offer terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from a Player's account and cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for using bonuses within the applicable validity window.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market, and Player account status. Current stake limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface. jeeta1 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeeta1 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

jeeta1 accepts no liability for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or failures of third-party payment providers.
jeeta1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) the Player is found to have breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) jeeta1 suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) the Player fails to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a compliance or reputational risk to jeeta1.
In cases of termination for cause, jeeta1 may forfeit any balance in the account. In cases of termination without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon receipt of a closure request, jeeta1 will process any outstanding real-money balance (subject to KYC completion and wagering requirement fulfilment) and deactivate the account.
